The service includes the supply, installation and ordinary and extraordinary management of an industrial plug and play device type GEO T8 in aluminium and steel, with double heater to guarantee resistance to low mountain temperatures without the need for frequent maintenance. The images taken must be in 4K to guarantee the monitoring of gravitative slope instability phenomena, even remotely.
If the area has public areas or the passage of people and/or vehicles, the system must provide for privacy according to the GDPR, e.g. persons, bodies, number plates, vehicles, areas may be blurred in the images.
The device must be installed in a suitable position for adequate visibility of the area being monitored.
The service includes continuous image acquisition during daylight hours, with a minimum frequency of at least 10 minutes.
The service includes the automatic analysis of images using digital image processing techniques capable of detecting changes in the monitoring scenario and of identifying, quantifying and mapping displacements (in metric or centimetric units of measurement), and the relative directions of movement. The results of the analysis must be made available via a web platform provided and managed by the contractor, which allows for interactive and dynamic visualisation of the results of the image analysis.
By way of example, the visualisation platform must provide the ability to display change maps, displacement maps and displacement time series of points or areas chosen by the user and to dynamically choose time intervals for displaying results, download and display images remotely in real time, and compare them in split/overlay/xray mode by selecting specific dates and times.
